Southern Alamance Family Empowerment is a ministry that started from the community of Saxapahaw UMC and has blossomed into a life of its own. With 2 locations SAFE is able to provide food and other resources to all of Alamance County.

Pastor's Discretionary Fund
Saxapahaw United Methodist Church has a Pastor’s discretionary Fund for smaller needs and emergencies; typically these are one-time financial obligations Often these funds are used to pay part of an electric bill (so power will not be turned off) or pay for a necessary medication. Typically these requests are between $30- $150.
